Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return An Item

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!

Exception:
Please notify us within 3 days of delivery of jewelry with a manufacture defect or arrives damaged. We will then decide to credit or replace.  Please send a picture of the damaged piece to Jenn's $5.00 Jewelry Box's Facebook business page messenger.  I like to always double check the jewelry before it is shipped out, but I understand things happen during the shipping process.

2. Contact me for information on how to return an item and if an exception to the ALL SALES ARE FINAL rule can be made or not. 

Return Exceptions
All items must be returned to us before receiving credit or replacement one is issued. 
Merchandise that has been worn, used, n or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange underANYcircumstances.

Exchanges
If your item is still in stock, you ay exchange it otherwise any defective merchandise will receive credit. 


Payment Policy
Jenn's $5.00 Jewelry Box gives you 3 days to pay your invoice from the day it is emailed to you.  (Invoices are sent Thursday nights and must be paid by Sunday at Noon) If it is not paid within that timeframe we have the right to cancel your invoice and return your items to our inventory with no recourse from you.  Continued non payment of invoice can get you banned from purchasing from our site.  
If you are having trouble paying your invoice in full, we offer Sezzle.  Sezzle lets you pay your invoice in 4 installments over 6 weeks interest FREE!

Shipping Policy
Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment of your invoice, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm excluding Federal Holidays.

Order Tracking
We provide tracking numbers on all orders being sent and will email you the tracking number once your package has been delivered to the Post Office. 

Shipping Rates

Our shipping rate is a flat fee of $4.00. Orders of $100 or more receive FREE Shipping!

Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data.

Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information.
